I like to think it started because it had a crossword puzzle, but the answers to the puzzle were in the magazine so they had to read the magazine to do the puzzle

and they probably have to race each other to see who gets to finish the crossword first

the bonus is now they know no one wants to be the dunstan

Do you think the school has a subscription to Griffin Beat? And every month they show up on delivery day hoping to get the copy and do the puzzle first. And for the first five months, neither one realized the other was the asshole who was doing THEIR crossword puzzle.
